Return and Refund Policy
We care deeply about the quality of our products and your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our items, returns and exchanges are limited to specific circumstances as outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened, along with photographs clearly showing the damage or defect. Without a proper unboxing video and photos, we will not be able to process your claim. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crystalist.in@gmail.com to initiate a return request. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the wrong item has been delivered. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at crystalist.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order details and photos of the received item. Once verified, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label, and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, or items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at crystalist.in@gmail.com
